| Dr. Giulio Federico, is a vice president of CRA International in Barcelona and London. He has advised numerous clients on competition matters in sectors ranging from electricity and gas to telecoms, airlines, pay-TV, and security exchanges.
Dr. Federico has worked on several recent merger cases, including Ryanair/AirlLingus, Sonaecom/Portugal, Gas Natural/Endesa, EDP/GDP, Deutsche Borse/Euronext/LSE, and Oracle/PeopleSoft. He has also been involved in various Article 81 and 82 cases, including the most recent Article 82 rebates case before the European Commission (Tomra).
He has been advising companies and regulators in the energy sector since 1997.
