| Marcel Coderch i Collell is vice president of the Comisión del Mercado de las Telecomunicaciones, the Spanish regulator for telecom markets. He is also secretary of the Association for the Study of Energy Resources (AEREN) and a member of the Spanish government discussion group on the future of nuclear energy. He is an analyst on energy and related geopolitical issues for the Real Instituto Elcano, a Spanish think-tank.
For 15 years Dr. Coderch worked in the media industry and from 1997 to 2000 he was the director of the internet division of Auna-Retevision. In 2000 he was part of the founding team of Tech Foundries, a technology venture that develops digital TV services. |
