DegreeUpon successful completion of the program, students will receive a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economics and Finance awarded with the
Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
StructureThe Master is a full-time nine-month program structured in three terms: Fall term (from September to December), Winter term (from January to March) and Spring term (from April to June). For more information, please download the

In the Fall term, students who do not have an undergraduate economics background will take introductory courses. Those students who already have a solid economics background may elect to be placed in more advanced courses.
Students are strongly advised to take the Math and Statistics review course and the Computer Tools course offered in September. All students are required to pass the exams for these two courses.

The Master in Finance is located at the
Ciutadella campus at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in central Barcelona. The campus is within walking distance of both the beach and the city's financial, cultural and governmental centers. Students can take advantage of a wide array of services and activities offered by the UPF.
