Yes, you will need to open a new account on the online application system and submit a new application.
- Do I need to translate my documents into English to apply?
Yes, every supporting document needs to be in English.

- Is there an application fee?
There is a €60 non-refundable application fee.
- When should I apply?
The First Round of applications starts on November 15 and ends on January 15. Students are recommended to apply early as some programs fill quickly. International applicants (non-EU) should allow time to process student visas.
The Second Round of Applications starts after January 15 and applications will be open until all places in any one master are taken. The final date to apply is June 25.
- How should I apply?
For your convenience, the application process is done entirely through our online applications system. After completing the application form, you need to upload the required documents and submit the application.
- Does the Barcelona GSE offer Teaching Assistantship positions?
Only the programs in Economics and in Finance have Teaching Assistantship (TA) positions available. Unfortunately the rest of the programs do not offer TA’s.
TA positions entail teaching hours at the undergraduate level as well as proctoring exams and can be of a total of 60 hours or of a total of 30 hours per year.
If you are interested in a TA, you can pick this option while filling out the online application form. Once you have logged into your application, you will need to indicate that you wish to be considered for a teaching assistantship for the program in Economics or the program in Finance.
- Am I eligible for financial aid?
Financial aid at the Barcelona GSE is awarded based on academic merit. Candidates who wish to be considered for financial aid are advised to apply during the first round of admissions (November 15 - January 15). For more information about financial aid, please visit our admissions page.
