After graduating from the BSE, Vanessa began an internship with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) performing economics and statistical analysis. After one year, she moved on to a position as a Researcher at the Center of European Economic Research (ZEW) in Mannheim. She conducts applied research on innovation policy and industrial economics.
