- This promotion is only open to people who have been contacted directly to answer the application survey. This includes applicants to the Barcelona School of Economics (BSE) who will not be studying here.
- Main Promotional Period: Entries must be submitted between 00.01 on September 09, 2019 and 23.59 on September 13, 2019.
- Prize: One winner will win €50 in Amazon Vouchers, converted into the winner’s local currency where appropriate.
- Winner selection: All eligible survey respondents will be entered into a random prize draw conducted by the communications department at BSE. A winner will be selected at random, as long as points 1 and 2 are met by the candidate.
- Prize Notification: Winners will be notified by email within 7 days after the promotion ends on September 13, 2019. The winner will be required to respond within 7 days of the date of notification in order to confirm their acceptance of the prize. In the event the winner does not respond to communications within 7 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
- The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. If the winner is unable to participate in accordance with the conditions above, the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize and the Promoter will reallocate the prize without any liability.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
- No responsibility is accepted for entries delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
- Only one entry will be considered per person. Multiple entries will not increase chances of winning.
- The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, connection with BSE and other relevant details of a participant.
- The confirmation that a winner has been selected can be provided by emailing researchsurvey@bse.eu once the winner has confirmed their acceptance of the prize.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, corrupt or incorrect entries or for system errors, transmission errors or other issues that may result in disruption to, lost, delayed or not received entries.
- The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any incorrect or inaccurate text entry, or any entries lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions for whatsoever reason.
- By entering this promotion the entrant agrees to and is bound by these terms and conditions.
