All applicants will be considered for admission using the same criteria, regardless of nationality or current place of residence.

My undergraduate school is closed and cannot send my official transcripts to complete my application. What should I do?

Transcripts are an important part of your application. In these circumstances, we may be able to accept unofficial transcripts. We ask that you submit any verified information you have, and also to contact us at admissions@barcelonagse.eu so we can find a solution for your particular case.

I was unable to take the TOEFL or IELTS due to the coronavirus outbreak. How can I submit proof of English proficiency?

We may be able to accept the Duolingo English test in place of the TOEFL or IELTS. Please note that this only applies to applicants who were unable to take the TOEFL or IELTS due to the coronavirus outbreak. Contact admissions@barcelonagse.eu to discuss your particular case.

I am an offer holder. Can I extend my confirmation deadline?

You may be able to extend your deadline if:

  • Your offer was made on or before March 13
  • You have not already sent your signed reply form

Please email your admissions specialist to discuss your circumstances.

Will the Master’s programs proceed as scheduled?

At this time, there are no changes to the academic calendar or the delivery of the Master’s programs.

Classes will be delivered face-to-face on campus in Barcelona beginning in September 2020.

If necessary, distance learning support will be available online for students who are still not able to attend classes on campus in September due to continued travel restrictions or visa issues caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

Students who have paid the reservation fee can ask for a deferral at any time until November 6, 2020. Payment of 50% of the tuition fee must be received by November 5, 2020 at 23:59 CET in order to exercise this option.
