Interview

"This is an interestingly technical and a highly intensive course for anyone who wants to broaden and deepen their understanding of firms’ operations and welfare considerations in a regulated and competitive environment. I started the course with no understanding of economics, having come from the science and engineering background, but have now developed necessary tools beyond technologies to explore issues related to competition policy.

While settling in can be a challenge, the social culture of the staff really eases the process. The interdisciplinary and culturally diverse nature of the class not only creates a perfect knowledge sharing platform and makes it interesting both inside and outside the classroom but also imposes a global context to the discussions.

The course challenged every bit of my thinking and disturbed whatever comfort zone I was in, the highly interactive and affable faculty was there to guide and build new higher grounds. While I would recommend the course to those who are academically curious and adventurous, I’d also warn that you are about to undergo an unforgettable transformation, to become amongst the higher performers. It's been a ride really!"
