16 new affiliated professors join BSE academic community

For the new academic year 2013-14, the BSE community includes 16 new affiliated professors from the School's academic units. There are now 161 BSE Affiliated Professors from 28 countries (48% from outside Spain).

The new professors have earned their PhDs from top institutions such as Harvard University and the London School of Economics, and conduct research across the spectrum of topics in Economics and Finance, including Decision Making, Fiscal Policy, International Trade, Mass Media Economics, and Stochastic Systems, among others.

The BSE academic community will have the opportunity to meet all the new affiliated professors and to hear research presentations from four of them at the annual Economics "Trobada" on October 18 at Casa Milà ("La Pedrera"), one of the distinctive modernist buildings in the center of Barcelona.
